Chicken Nuggets Recipe

– 250 gm chicken bonele – 1 teaspoon garlic paste – black pepper as required – 1 cup all purpose flour – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 1/2 cup bread crumb – 1/2 cup hung curd – 1 teaspoon ginger paste – salt as required – 2 egg – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon mixed herb – refined oil as required

First, the boneless chicken should be washed and cleaned, then it should be patted dry and marinated.   

Instruction

Whisk 1/2 cup hanging curd, salt, pepper, ginger paste, garlic paste, and red chilli powder in a dish to marinade chicken.

Make a smooth paste, marinade chicken, and refrigerate for an hour. Well-marinated beef.

Start cooking, then fill three bowls with whisked egg, flour mixture with salt, garlic powder, pepper, mixed herbs, and paprika, and breadcrumbs.

Then dip boneless chicken in egg batter, seasoned flour, and bread crumbs. Repeat with all parts.

Start shallow frying in a deep-bottomed pan with oil. Slide the nuggets carefully into boiling oil.

Shallow fry the nuggets until golden, then serve hot with a dip or sauce of your choosing.
