Creamy Chicken Veggie Wrap Recipe

This quick Chicken Veggie Wrap can be made in minutes using common ingredients for a nutritious and tasty breakfast.  

– 1 cup boiled chicken – 1/2 cup tomato – 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese – 1 cup hung curd – 1 teaspoon paprika – salt as required – 1 teaspoon chili oil – chilli flakes as required – 1/2 cup cucumber – 4 lettuce loose-leaf – 3 tortilla – 2 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 handfuls coriander leave – black pepper as required

The first step in preparing this simple meal is to clean and chop the vegetables.   

Instruction

In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs. Add the veggies and toss thoroughly. Set aside.

Warm the tortillas up in a pan while you wait. After that, put down some salad leaves and butter.

Put hung curd, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of chili oil and whisk it well to make a homemade spread.

After putting the greens on top of the tortillas, add the vegetables and hung curd dip. Spread the dip out over the wrap and top it with grated cheese.

To eat it, fold it up and bake or microwave it for three to four minutes. You can also melt the cheese in a pan and heat it up.
