Winter is a great time to eat kebabs. The recipe below makes delicious mutton kebabs that you can make at home.
– 2 cup minced mutton– 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste– 4 clove– 1 black cardamom– 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder– 1/4 cup ghee– 1 egg– 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leave– green chilli as required– 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste– 2 tablespoon chopped green papaya– 4 black olive

Warm up some ghee in a pan. Add the cut onions and cook them until they are golden brown and crispy.
Instruction
Now put everything in a big bowl and mix it well to make a dough or mixture. For an hour, cover and put in the fridge.

Shape the meat around the skewers about 25 minutes before serving. Then, put the kebabs on a grill over a drip tray or in an oven that has already been hot (again, on a drip tray).
