Kakori Kebab Zaitooni Recipe

Winter is a great time to eat kebabs. The recipe below makes delicious mutton kebabs that you can make at home.   

– 2 cup minced mutton – 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste – 4 clove – 1 black cardamom – 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder – 1/4 cup ghee – 1 egg – 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leave – green chilli as required – 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste – 2 tablespoon chopped green papaya – 4 black olive

Warm up some ghee in a pan. Add the cut onions and cook them until they are golden brown and crispy.  

Instruction

Now put everything in a big bowl and mix it well to make a dough or mixture. For an hour, cover and put in the fridge.

Shape the meat around the skewers about 25 minutes before serving. Then, put the kebabs on a grill over a drip tray or in an oven that has already been hot (again, on a drip tray).

If cooking over coals, you'll need to turn them over a lot to get them brown and cook all the way through.

At 220 degrees Celsius, cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add ghee and cook for two more minutes.

Add chaat masala onions and lemon on top when it's done, and serve with green chutney.
