Take small amounts of the mixture and use them to stuff a small piece of cheese into each tikk

Put the cheese slice between your hands and press to spread it all the way around. This will make a tikki. Fill the gaps with cheese to use up all the mixture.

In a nonstick pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil. Spread it out and then add the ready-made tikkis.

The tikkis should be cooked on both sides until they are golden brown and crisp. Serve the Tikkis with any dip you like after they're done cooking.
