Peas Cheese Cutlet Recipe

A crispy, flavorful snack to satisfy your cravings? This simple, high-protein cutlet dish requires only a few ingredients.   

– 1 cup pea – 2 green chilli – 1 boiled potato – salt as required – cheese cubes as required – 5 garlic – 1/2 tablespoon dry mango powder – 4 tablespoon bread crumb – 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil – 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder

Oil a pan with one tablespoon. Warm it up. Now add garlic cloves, green chillies and let them splutter.

Add the peas now and mix well. Put in some salt and dry mango powder, and cook them for a few minutes.

Take a break and let the peas cool down. Put them in a mixer and blend them until you get a thick, rough paste.

Put the pea paste into a bowl. Add the mashed and boiled potatoes now.

Add cumin powder and change the amount of salt to your liking. Make sure to mix the breadcrumbs in well as well.

Take small amounts of the mixture and use them to stuff a small piece of cheese into each tikk

Put the cheese slice between your hands and press to spread it all the way around. This will make a tikki. Fill the gaps with cheese to use up all the mixture.

In a nonstick pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil. Spread it out and then add the ready-made tikkis.

The tikkis should be cooked on both sides until they are golden brown and crisp. Serve the Tikkis with any dip you like after they're done cooking.
