Schezwan Chili Chicken Recipe

– 2 chopped into cubes chicken breast – 80 gm flour – 1 medium sliced capsicum (green pepper) – 1 teaspoon soy sauce – salt as required – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil – 4 medium de seeded green chilli – 1 beaten egg – 1 medium chopped into cubes onion – 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce – 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce – black pepper as required

Add salt and pepper to the chicken. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with water and add the flour.  

Instruction

Put oil in a saucepan and heat it up. Then add chicken bits. Do not deep fry them. Instead, cook them until they turn golden brown.

Place the green peppers, onions, and capsicum in the pan. Add chicken bits and cook them for two to three minutes.

Now, put soy sauce, red pepper sauce, and schezwan sauce in the pan. Combine everything well. More water can be added if needed.

Put the lid on top of the pan and cook on low for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn off the gas light.

Add sesame seeds to the chicken, and it's done. It's time for your Schezwan Chili Chicken. You can put it on top of fried rice.
