Snickers Cheesecake Cups Recipe

Want tasty chocolate? Cream cheese brick, sour cream, peanut and caramel-loaded Snickers chocolate, and more make delightful Snicker Cheesecake Cups.   

– 340 gm cream cheese – 1 Pinch salt – 1 egg yolk – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence – 12 chocolate cookie – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 1 egg – 3 tablespoon sour cream – 2 milk chocolate

To start this simple recipe with Snickers chocolate, chop the chocolate and set it away.   

Instruction

Heat the oven to 325°F. Post that line 12 normal muffin cups with paper liners and put one cookie in each. Set aside.

Next, blend cream cheese, sugar, and salt with an electric mixer until frothy. Beat egg and yolk until mixed; add sour cream and vanilla.

Add half the chopped Snickers to the creamy mixture and stir thoroughly. Put a teaspoon of the mixture on the cookies.

Bake until barely set, 20–25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining chopped Snickers on tops. Shut off the oven and let it cool on the rack for 30 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to cold. You can also substitute vanilla wafer cookies for chocolate.
