How The Return Of Arvind Kejriwal Will Boost AAP's Poll Position In Haryana, Jammu And Kashmir

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal's return to politics will undoubtedly boost the party's campaign in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, and Delhi.

Delhi will have assembly elections early next year, while Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir will vote in the coming weeks.

Kejriwal would emerge from prison weeks after his former subordinate was released. An alleged liquor swindle landed Kejriwal and Sisodia in jail.

They were accused of corruption in creating and implementing the canceled Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.

Kejriwal, detained in March, was allowed to campaign for his party in the Lok Sabha elections in May while Sisodia was AWOL for 17 months.

Even without their top two leaders, the party planned to contest solo polls in Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir.

A party leader told News18 that Kejriwal's Supreme Court bail will strengthen party workers and ground supporters. “We saw the court heavily punish CBI and ED back-to-back.

Again and again, our leaders' bails prove our innocence and not corruption. With Sisodia ji and Kejriwal ji, the party has new vigor, the leader observed.

At Kejriwal's residence, AAP MP Sanjay Singh told the journalists that they have called the issue “fake” from the start.

To discredit Kejriwal and AAP, the Centre, CBI, and ED fabricated a mountain of lies. This was done to finish our leaders and party, he claimed.
